+Pumps are available with cast iron flanges and covers version to reduce the noise level. Hydrostatic balance takes up axial slack through the pressure supplied to a defined bushing area. Bearings lubrication is automatic and proportional to the pump operating pressure. 

+Furthermore it is possible to assemble covers with pressure relief valves and flow control valves.

+All standard pumps are arranged to drive a supplementary pumps, using the coupling kits, available also as a short version.

+When the hydraulic gear pump is installed, the base or bracket should have sufficient rigidity, so that the hydraulic gear pump should not be subjected to other forces in addition to the torsional power generated by the shaft rotation.

+The different axial degrees between the coupling shafts are not more than 0.05mm; the hydraulic gear pump should be operated in the direction of calibration, pay attention to the position of the inlet and outlet, and the large hole is the inlet.

+Safety valves and manifolds must be installed in the hydraulic system. The fuel tank must be dust-proof to prevent debris such as mud and sand from entering the oil and being cleaned regularly.

+The oil suction pipe should be as short as possible, generally not exceeding 500mm. The elbow should be used as little as possible, and the oil pipe must not leak.
