1. In order to make the vane oil pump reliably absorb oil, its rotation speed must be in the range of 500-1500r/min. When the rotation speed is too low, the blade can not press the inner surface of the stator and suck the oil; if the rotation speed is too high, the pump will “suck” The pump is not working properly. The viscosity of the oil should be properly selected, the viscosity is too large, and the oil absorption resistance is increased; the oil is too thin, the gap is affected, and the vacuum is insufficient, which may adversely affect the oil absorption.
2. The vane pump is very sensitive to dirt in the oil, and the work reliability is poor. If the oil is unclear, the vane will be stuck. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to good oil filtration and environmental cleaning.
3. Since the blade of the pump has a mounting angle, the rotor is only allowed to rotate in one direction, and should not be used in reverse, otherwise the blade will be broken.
