Product Description  

It consists of a main valve (safety valve) and a pilot valve (direct acting safety valve). The main valve is a real safety valve, and the pilot valve is used to feel the pressure of the pressure system and open and close the main valve.


The amount of closing force of the pilot operated safety valve before it is about to open may be unrestricted, but for some configurations the pilot operated safety valve may also be limited by selection.


To ensure the sealing performance of the pilot operated safety valve and other performance indicators:

1.There are strict requirements on the flatness and surface roughness of the seat sealing surface and the disc sealing surface of the main valve.

2. There are strict requirements on the flatness and roughness of the valve seat sealing surface and the valve sealing surface of the pilot valve, and strict requirements are also imposed on the geometry, material and heat treatment of the compression spring.
