The hydraulic piston pump has a strong adaptability to high gas/oil ratio, sand-sanding, heavy oil, waxy, viscous oil, deep well, inclined shaft and horizontal wells. Hydraulic piston pump production system composition and type: Hydraulic piston pump system is mainly composed of ground power liquid tank, three-cylinder high-pressure pump, control manifold, wellhead control valve and downhole pump. Downhole pump is the core part of the system.

The downhole pump of hydraulic piston pump has two kinds of function and double action, and the ground pump uses high-pressure plunger pump.

There are two types of processes: ① open flow. The single tube structure, with low viscosity crude oil as the power liquid, can not only reduce the friction resistance of the pipeline, but also reduce the viscosity of the extracted oil, and the ground is mixed with the extracted liquid.

② closed flow. With light oil or water as the power liquid, the use of water to add lubricants and preservatives, the cycle does not mix with the output of the liquid, the work process only a small amount of supplementation.

Hydraulic piston pump can be a single well operation, can also be built pump group centralized management, displacement range, from dozens of to thousands of cubic meters per day, suitable for deep wells, Kaoyang, viscous wells, inclined shafts. The advantage is that the displacement can be adjusted arbitrarily, the pump can not start the tubing, operation and management is convenient.
