Hydraulic station is a hydraulic source device composed of a hydraulic pump, a drive motor, a fuel tank, a directional valve, a throttle valve, a relief valve, or the like, or a hydraulic device including a control valve.
Generally, the temperature of the hydraulic oil should be kept within the range of 30-50 °C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 60 °C. Excessive oil temperature is likely to cause sharp deterioration of seals and other accessories, thermal deformation of mechanical parts, viscosity reduction or even deterioration of hydraulic oil, and increased leakage, resulting in unstable operation of the hydraulic system.
The increase of hydraulic oil temperature is generally caused by mechanical friction, high oil pump temperature and oil compression. The common cooling methods of hydraulic stations are generally air-cooled and water-cooled.
The hydraulic station is water-cooled,the working principle of the cooler in the water cooling device is to convect the heat medium and the cold medium compartment, and exchange heat to achieve the purpose of cooling.
